2011-12 Conference Funds and 2012-13 Sabbatical Leave Funds

• CCFT and the District hereby agree to the following:

  1. CCFT agrees to suspend negotiated Faculty Conference Funds for 2011-12 per section 9.3.1 of the CCFT Contract and 2012-13 Sabbatical Leave Funds of $100,935.  During the 2012-13 fiscal year, sabbaticals that are cost neutral to the District may be approved. 
  2. The parties agree that this is a one-time, non-precedent setting agreement.
