July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2013

Side Letter of Agreement 2009-10.1 held that two laid off employees be given the option of either one year of continues medical coverage or a one-time $10,000 payment in lieu of the medical coverage.
Given an unanticipated offer of reappointment, this agreement modifies Side Letter 2009-10 as follows:
- Upon acceptance of the offer of reappointment as Children's Center Teacher, Eddie Jobe will receive the prorated amount of $3,333 annual amount for the 2009-10 academic year.
In the event that Jobe is not reemployed for the 2010-11 or 2011-12 academic year, the agreement in Side Letter 2009-10.1 will apply.
