CCFT Elections

barbaraschultzperezby Barbara Schultz-Perez, CCFT Co-Vice President

The CCFT election is now underway through May 14th, and ballots have been distributed to faculty mailboxes in Aptos and Watsonville. The offices of Historian and Treasurer are open for the coming two year term, as well as seats for representatives from all divisions and the Watsonville Center.

Your CCFT reps represent all faculty at CCFT Council and serve as an important resource for information to and from faculty in your division. Currently, four divisions have one or more open seats for which no one is running: BELA, HASS, HAWK and Health Services, and Library and Instruction.   We encourage you to write in candidates who you think would be willing and able to serve in this capacity. CCFT Council meets Mondays from 2:30 – 4:30.

Please take time to vote between now and the closing date of May 14 at 2PM. Ballot boxes are located in the faculty mailrooms at both Watsonville and Aptos.
